Students rehearse for RENT

At 8:15, a whole new turn of events is happening across campus at the Warehouse Theater as students prepare for the musical being put on, RENT.  After tedious hours in the theater, cast and crew expect a great outcome.

As students gather center stage rehearsing for the hit Broadway musical, producers and directors sit behind them on risers observing them rehearse to make sure everything goes smoothly and as planned.

Around 25 actors took the floor as five producers and directors watched, talking with each other about the play.

Laughter and chatter fill the theater as they are given a few moments break.  It appeared as though they were working on a warm-up activity. In pairs, as crew members call out letters of the alphabet, other crew members run to the middle of the stage to make out the letters with their bodies.  They accomplished this in 3 minutes and 52 seconds.
