It’s about 6:30 pm when various actors, stage members, and other crew members start to make their way into the Warehouse Theater for another rehearsal for the Spring production of HAIR.

As brief greetings are exchanged, the outline for the night is announced and notes are given from the stage manager and director about previous rehearsals. Meanwhile, the cast starts their warm-up exercises and stretches.

The first song of the night to be rehearsed is one of the biggest group highlights of Act I, as well as the title-track of the show, “Hair.”

Following a quick recap of choreography, the cast ran through the first act of the show.

At a few minutes after 9:00 pm, the cast was given a few directing notes during a ten minute intermission before starting Act II.

At around 10:15 pm, Act II concluded, and the cast seemed extremely pleased with their performance, agreeing it was the best performance to date.

The show opens April 11 in the Warehouse Theater and runs with a half a dozen performances through the 15.
