Coffee keeps you healthy!

A new study has found that coffee drinkers may live healthier lives than those who don’t drink coffee. The study found when drinking coffee, the body becomes more protected from disease and sickness. This proves that superstitions about coffee are very much untrue. Coffee does not create cancer or cause illness.

The study at Harvard University took men and women, and studied them for a number of years tracking their health and coffee habits. They were found to be in better health overall than the people studied who didn’t drink coffee. They lived longer, and certain health issues were not present. This prolonged study helped the researchers prove that it wasn’t just a coincidence.

“The study showed the coffee drinkers had a reduced risk of death from some chronic diseases, compared with the people who didn’t drink coffee,” said Dr. Frank B. Hu, a professor of nutrition and epidemiology at the Harvard.

While everyone should maintain a good diet and exercise throughout their lifetime, coffee can be an added benefit of keeping yourself healthier and having a longer life.
